It is slinky and cool against your skin and offers comfortable stretch. Not only does this dress feel good, but it's cute too. The classic black features a layered ruffle hem with eyelet detailing. 

This athletic dress includes matching pull-on under shorts, providing modest coverage and functionality wherever the day takes you. The shorts have a convenient side pocket on one leg.
